Simplicity Juice Cold-Presses only fresh, raw and whole fruits and vegetables. We use a hydraulic press with thousands of pounds of pressure to extract the maximum amount of liquid (aka Juice!).

All of the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and phytonutrients are retained with minimal oxidation and no additional heat used in the process. This results in all nutrients remaining in the juice—which are lost in the traditional heating and in the pasteurization process.

Simplicity juice uses Cold-Pressure Protection to keep our consumers safe. We submerge each bottle in cold water under high pressure to kill pathogens, while maintaining a higher yield of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and preserving a fresher taste, and increasing our shelf life.

Cold-Pressure Protection is recognized by the FDA, USDA, Health Canada, the EU and other authoritative bodies for preserving freshness and increasing shelf life without artificial preservatives or high heat.

There are a lot of Cold-Pressed Juice companies out there, but not all of them are as healthy as they could be (Cough, cough, not all are as healthy as Simplicity, cough, cough...), so here is a cheat sheet of what to look for when comparing Cold-Pressed Juice:

  • Pasteurization or any “Flash,” “ Gentle” or “Quick” heat
